Ginsenoside Rh2 is an aldose reductase inhibitor found in Panax. It also decreases ROS levels in keratinocytes, lowers levels of amyloid-β in Alzheimer's disease models, induces β-cell proliferation, inhibits osteoclastogenesis by suppressing RANKL-induced osteoclast differentiation.
